The Acer XP 905 Tour Iron features the same great playability as our standard XP 905 Iron, but enhanced for the better player. First, we created a reduced offset hosel, to provide more workability of the ball. Secondly, we welded a forged carbon steel face onto a 431 stainless steel body, to provide the soft feel of a forged iron at a fraction of the cost. Feel, forgiveness, workability?verything the better golfer expects out of a premium club!

Featuring the same radical square design as the original Mantara, the XL version is broader from front-to-back (8mm), but slightly shallower (4mm) to retain the 460cc limit. This moves the center of gravity not only further back, but lower as well. This helps to maximize the moment of inertia, resulting in less twisting on off-center shots, making it quite possibly our most forgiving driver to date! The easy to align aerodynamic profile is constructed from a 6-4 titanium face and a thin, lightweight titanium crown, skirt and soleplate. The Acer XP High Trajectory Iron is designed for the mid to high handicapper looking to improve upon their iron play. The extra large sole (25% wider than the Acer XP model) and wide undercut channel enables the player to get the ball up in the air quickly and accurately making this one of the most forgiving irons available.

The Acer XP905 Hollow Core Iron is our most radical design to date, featuring a hollow core stainless steel body which removes the weight from the center of the clubhead. The oversized iron design pushes the envelope for the most extreme perimeter weighting, proving you the utmost in forgiveness. We also added a thin, lightweight Beta Titanium face for increased ball velocity upon impact to provide greater distance. Finally, a unique rubber backing is placed in the cavity to dampen vibration and improve both sound and feel. The XP 905 Hollow Core Wide Sole provides the forgiveness of a hybrid, but in the shape of an iron.

The all-new Acer XP905 HT (High Trajectory) iron is designed for the mid to high handicapper looking to improve upon their iron play. The two-piece construction first combines a lightweight precision milled aluminum face and center section for a soft feel and the ability to distribute weight to the outer perimeter of the head. A stainless steel outer ring, which accounts for well over half of the total weight of the putter, provides an incredibly high moment of inertia for more accurate putts and imparts a truer roll to the ball on the green. The CB-2 is center-shafted for easy alignment and base model comes with a standard straight .370″ putter shaft.
